Pastore: “Messi and I are very similar”

Palermo attacking midfielder and Argentinian international Javier Pastore (21) shared his thoughts recently with Argentinian sports magazine El Grafico. Barcelona reportedly has serious aspirations to sign Pastore to play alongside Barcelona forward Lionel Messi.
Although the Palermo player would like the idea of playing with Messi to become a reality, Pastore has exempted himself from an immediate move to Barcelona. Pastore commented about Lionel Messi in the interview with El Grafico: “Messi? A player like him is seen just once every 30 years. We got to know each other before the World Cup, and we are similar off the pitch, shy, but tranquil. I can say that I have never lost a game to him on the Playstation.”
Pastore stressed the fact that he is concentrating on playing with Palermo, although the Catalan club has shown their interest towards the Argentinian playmaker.
“Next year I will be with Palermo. If people speak about me then it means I am doing well. I keep my feet on the ground, and I don’t think about everything I read,” he said.
